The natural oxidation and tarnishing of jewelry over time is normal and does not constitute a quality defect. Please refer to our care guide below to maintain its shine.
Maintenance Tips for 925 Silver Jewelry (Plated with 18K Gold or Rhodium)
During Use:
1. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, cosmetics, or skincare products (recommend to wear the jewelry after finishing your skincare, makeup or perfume application).
2. Avoid using silver/gold polishing cloths, silver/gold cleaners, or other cleaning agents to wipe the surface, as this may remove the protective layer on the silver or damage the pendant.
3. Avoid wearing the jewelry while bathing, swimming, exercising or sleeping.
4. Avoid collisions with hard, sharp or rough objects.
5. Avoid mixing with other jewelry (such as diamonds).
Daily Care & Storage:
1. After wearing the jewelry, gently wipe it with the included polishing cloth or a soft cloth.
2. Store it separately and keep it dry.
3. If it needs to be cleaned, use a soft damp cloth (preferably with drinking water) to gently wipe the surface, and then immediately dry it with a clean, dry cloth. Store it only after it is completely dry.
4. If the weather is humid, it is recommended to store the jewelry in a sealed bag to prevent discoloration due to prolonged exposure to air.
The included polishing cloth can be hand-washed with water and dried for reuse.
